Kicked off the season at the Casements Christmas tree lighting. This was us on the carriage ride.
This was not my outfit of choice for meeting Santa, but he's cute enough that it didn't matter.
It appears John wanted Santa to himself.

Sam really enjoyed it all.
When we left we told the Verzals that we would meet them at Moe's for dinner. We went to La Fiesta. Lord help us.
The following day it was off to get our tree!
Buzz lightyear insisted on coming with us.
This one can find a costume anywhere. Reindeer antlers of course.
Sam participated by being quiet and allowing us to get the tree.
He continued being a very cooperative gentleman.

John couldn't get enough of decorating the tree. He loved every second of it!
I wasn't much help this year.
We even got around to making a ginger bread house. John figured out the candy wasn't too bad though and quickly stopped decorating to eat it all.

I think that about gets us up to Christmas Eve! So glad John enjoyed the time leading up to Christmas. He made it so much fun with his constant excitement.
